Today's Baby Mama WOD
I did 4 rounds of 12 shoulder press 22 lbs, 12 knee ups, and 12 step ups medium box. I enjoyed seeing everyone at the gym this morning. Michelle, Jen, and Nat you all did so well this morning. You impressed me with your times and your weights! Nice going :-) I rowed 2 miles, too. Forgot about that.

Who's Your Daddy would've been awesome! And of coure, I would love to do a workout created by Natalie! It has to have a totally fabulous name though :-)
