Baby Viking Helen

That's the name of the workout I did this morning. Pretty cute name. I did 3 rounds of row 500m, 21 one-armed kettlebell swings 10lbs each arm, and 12 pull ups (jumping, bands for last set). I was also happy to see people at the gym again! Yea!

Ah you forgot about your lb increase with the magnet at least until it went flying! I love seeing you workout can't wait till you actually have a belly.
