I did pull ups (jumping), push ups (against box) and 1 armed KB swings in rounds of 18-14-10-6-2. Then I rowed for about 2000m. It was great seeing everyone working out at the gym this morning and trying so hard to perfect the snatch!

it was good seeing you in the gym this morning! in case you aren't feeling it, just wanted you to know you are a hot "prego"! :) i'm impressed with your ability to stay motivated and workout. i remember what i felt like at 14 weeks and there's no way i would have been at the gym. keep up the good work, little mama! :)
