More xfit Mom workouts

Today I did, 500m row at the beginning of each round then: 21-15-9 Lunges and Push press 45lbs which turned into more of a push jerk but ehh it was heavy. Felt tired again after the workout.

I've been totally out of the loop and just saw the CrossFit Clarksville photo of you with your side view preggy belly. Congratulations! That's so awesome :) Bless your new little family hehe
