pood KB swing really took it out of me. I'm sore all over. Didn't workout yesterday. Today I did 4
rnds of 400m run and 25 squats in 15:52 (I think). Still no internal motivation. Happy I worked out but sure I
could've done better on the time.

Kris, you might just need to take a rest week. I usually take one every 3 months it's like a reset button. I'm sure a lot has to do with all the changes coming up soon. You're probably stressed out even if you don't think you are.
