Too Hot

It was so hot today. I was boiling in the gym and trying to stay hydrated. I did manage to work out. I found a workout online that I wanted to try: 3 rounds of 500m row, 15 wall balls(about 8lbs), one armed KBswings-15 each arm, and 15 pull ups (jumping). It took me longer than I want to admit to do the workout with all my water breaks.

Sounds pretty tough...how were the one-armed Kettle Bell Swings?

That looks like a good workout! It was funny when you first threw the wall ball :) You are doing a great job! Keep up the good work!

Go inside if you need to cool down. Luckily it should start cooling down soon. Sounds like a great workout see you soon!!

you were doing great onthat one kristin and yeah it was too hot. But you had a good pace, your Kippings are getting faster and great form
