New Blogger on Board
Today is my first day of blogging (ever) and hope to use this to track my CROSSFIT progress. I have been doing CROSSFIT for maybe 3 weeks or so and I am incredibly sore. I feel good about all the work that I have done and am really enjoying the people I've met through Crossfit Clarksville (http://www.crossfitclarksville.com/).

YAY! Im so glad you started a blog! My crossfit blog is my first blog ever and it's kinda fun! You are doing an awesome job! Its so cool to see you come to the gym so excited and really pushing yourself everyday! Keep up the good work!!! By the way you did Helen today... not lyn :) Awesome job!
