Today I did the Front Squat WOD 10x5. My progression goes as follows 45, 55, 60, 65, 70. The 70lbs was difficult and I took a "mommy break" half way through the set.
You are tooooo strong! Wow! Those were some pretty heavy loads on your front squat. You're going to have no problem carrying your papoose around for these next 30 weeks!

You get stronger every day! I wonder what your new one rep max is I'm sure its much higher now.
i cant believe those numbers hen i went in i asked who is Kristin cause i didnt think you could do that.....Good job you proved me wrong
