Friday: "Baby Helen" 3 rounds Row 400m, 20 one-armed kettlebell swings 10lbs, and 12 pull ups/ring rows
Saturday: Rest Day
Sunday: "Jake" 250m row, 15 squats, 250m row, 15 push ups, 250m row, 15 pull ups, 250m row, and 15 knees to elbows
Monday: No workout
Tuesday: 21-15-9 Push ups and Wall ball 4kg
I'm not sure if the week off messed me up or this weight gain is starting to make everything a lot more difficult but my workouts were pretty hard and I found that I got out of breath a lot quicker. This, however, has motivated me to find ways to workout when we're out visiting over the holidays.
